The Regdex was filed with the SEC on 3/16/2005 for a sale of 1,000,000.00 dollars by rule 504. Mostly, this was the pounding we took in the last two weeks. The company probably emptied what they had left of the float through BRGE from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. IMO Free sailing now!!!! Party
