Oakwood Systems Group, Nortec Communications and TechHouse Add Network Engines Solutions to Their Security Portfolios

CANTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 22, 2005--Network Engines, Inc. (NASDAQ-NENG), a leading OEM appliance partner for Microsoft security solutions, announced today the addition of three new partners aimed at further expanding Network Engines' geographical reach in the United States and meeting the growing demand for its NS Series(TM) of security appliances powered by Microsoft ISA Server 2004. The new partners are Oakwood Systems Group, located in St. Louis, Missouri; Nortec Communications Inc., based in Falls Church, Virginia; and TechHouse, headquartered in Sarasota, Florida.

More often security breaches and threats are occurring inside the network and can impact critical Microsoft applications such as; SharePoint, Exchange, and IIS. The NS Series provides advanced application-layer firewall, VPN, and web-cache functionality to maximize security for core Microsoft applications. The Network Engines' ENGAGE channel program provides partners with a solution for enterprises of all sizes that customers demand.
