If God had meant for us to eat animals, don't you think he would have made it so eating animals didn't cause increased rates of cancer, heart disease, diabetes, stroke, etc.?
Absurd.
If God had meant for us to eat wheat products, don't you think he would have made it so eating wheat products didn't cause auto-immune reactions in some people?
<iIf God had meant for us to eat animals, don't you think we would have more of a killer instinct, like prey animals do? Is it your first instinct to be joyous when you see a particularly frisky squirrel flitting across your yard, or do you want to tear it limb from limb and gnaw on its still quivering flesh?
Have you noticed the forward-looking orientation of human eyes? Those are the eyes of a predator - see cougar, lions, wolves, etc.
We don't have outward facing eyes, as do cows, sheep and other prey animals. |
