It's essentially a private placement and the stock does not need to registered. It is not restricted. As someone commented, probably whoever invested for the pop is out.

Shareholders some times look at the price which is often below market and think something was given away. It all comes down to money makes money. If you want to buy a million dollars worth of stock, you can do it at a discount BEFORE the business plan is fully funded.

You can also look at it as a sign that demand is so great that they can't stall and wait. WE NEED PORT PROTECTION, CONTAINER CARGO TRACKING AND EXPLOSIVE DETECTION

NOW!!!!

Bottom line, whoever was going to sell, sold and the stock got clobbered back down to .02 and fractions.

With that behind us, we set to challenge the previous high of .05 and the usual MM games.

I have to agree with JMH - this is so far the best, most credible PINKIE out there. If you gamble in this area, you realize that you get surprises. So far, this one has stayed right on the course that they put together less than a year ago.

When they say they are going to go fully filing, OTC BB, 7 million in revenues 2005, telephone numbers ($125 million over 3 yrs) in the future, etc., you have to believe if you are long. They have discovered that a believing shareholder base is perhaps the biggest asset to a pinkie management.

Just ask OSFT/NNGY and SPRL, 2 others I and many others follow. They lost a strong base by going for the quickie screw the shareholders. Once bitten, it takes quite a bit of veracity to bring us back.
