You've got it exactly backward Wayne. It's not the government providing the meals, they've OUTSOURCED the job to Kellog Brown and Root - the government just pays the bill. The Army used to do it, much cheaper, but half as fancy. At least, that's what the army guys in the Frontline segment said. The KBR guys wouldn't talk.
