Having the right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness does not exempt one from the obligation to respect the rights of others. I said they were obligated to do no harm. Your remark of "Which is it, are they free or obliged" is simply daft.

A child is a legal person. A fetus is not. The fetus does not have rights and cannot rationally have rights under a Constitution that guarantees inalienable rights to its citizens. An egg is not a citizen; and neither is a fetus.
