Since they never define what “enough” means No one has defined what "enough" means. "Enough" mean on the right side of the line for legal or humane treatment. Different factions have different senses of where the line is. As long as that is so, there will be problems like this. Not that a consensus is feasible on where the line is, but it would be helpful if at least we had a set of positions clearly defined so that these fights would have a frame of reference and we know where everyone stands re Korans and the floor, etc.
