Hi Mr. Allen, There was a meeting today and it did go well! We are going forward

with the talks and the Due Diligence by MXR is ongoing with that Calf and Alaska
project. Just a lot of work to do to get this first one right IMO. Now we know
that Mr. G will do nothing if the geophysic's are not first rate. I think
we may here something in a few days of what that meeting was and see some
type of progress on acquireing of a project here. At least I hope so.

P.S. I hope that when we hit the post #700 we have a good Memorandum of Understanding
Signed or before.
