Cramer getting really bullish on Cisco, MSFT after hating these stocks..on his show. Thinks tech rally will be bigger than people expect. He did the knuckles painting like he did for Google about a 100 points ago. I think he will be proved right. We are about to get one hell of a Nasdaq move. Cisco will be one of the big leaders. Nasdaq 3000 by year end. (imho) Almost all dominant global tech companies trade in the US. That is why it will go higher than most people expect.
