Don, VTSS only needed time...it closed at 14 7/8 today. That
is more than 3% above the upper channel bound with increasing
volume. I am confident the min rise to 17.5 (according to
my measuring formula) will happen in the very near future. It
could attain as high as 21 or whatever buyers think, however
I think the steam will wane as it approaches 20 something. What
ever happened to those secondary offering shares? I only saw
about half of them absorbed.
