Because your version of the story doesn't quite add up, as I understand it. If they are just ordinary minutes of an ordinary meeting and everyone involved agrees they are legitimate, tell me this.

Why did the guy who retyped them destroy the originals to protect someone's identity? Why aren't the original minutes part of the public record?
