Bush's Texas Rangers group forced private land-owners off their land in Arlington, then made a killing by planning the stadium there and quintupling the value of the land. The former owners got very little and none of the profits. As a result of this sweetheart deal, which GW got 10% of for cheap (raising the money by insider trading at Harken Energy), when GW became governor he put the state pension fund under the management of the financial whiz who organized the Arlington land theft. A mafia couldn't have done it any less ethically.
