no one said they were taking away children programs. It was pbs in their ads to upset the public , that said congress wants to take away your children programs. Sesame street is a marketable product any of the cable and maybe networks would pick up.

I vote cut at least $300,000 million from pbs, start with mcLaughlin lehrer programs and continue to other political , liberal programs.

doesn't pbs have something like showcase theatre, sponsored by mobil for forty years and maybe now xon...i expect you could move a program like that to the Hallmark channel. Who's needs gov to pay for pbs.. not me.
