When Solon continually tosses out these kind of outlandish and weird Straw Man arguments, it is safe to assume that he is either incapable of, or unwilling to, engage in reasoned debate. When a position is as weak as his, frankly, any offense is better than trying to defend the indefensible. That is obvious.
