Moominoid Re: "outsource to India" Hopefully, that practice along with many other excesses will fall victim to the next recession and will be banned. Our problem here is not so much how we deal with legal immigrants but that we are way too tolerant of illegals. And so many of these illegals are not the folks who have hopped over the border but the ones like you cite who come here for some family reunion and overstay. The problem with that is the horrendous burden that places on the state and local governments for health care. Deportations are way up and that is the most hopeful of signs. A dragnet even caught a Dutch friend of mine not long ago. Slagle
