If it matured, and survived being born, it would be a distinct genetically different human being-

And if it survived to its first birthday, it'd be one then, too. Why arbitrarily pick being born as the starting point for personhood? After all, the child's chances of survival for the next few years without the aid of its mother or someone else are pretty slim. What's the magic of merely surviving being born? I'm not interested in arguing about it; I'm merely trying to ascertain what it is, exactly, that you believe.
