Personally, I'm outraged.

As am I. I never liked the law in the first place but you can make a case for the greater good for a highway or power plant or something the majority truly need. An office complex? This brings eminent domain to the point that a city doesn't even need a reason to take your land IMO. Horrendous ruling.
