Ted, update on Beamer reliability problems: Yesterday the engine started rumbling, and the power felt diminished. Sure enough, the idiot light came on. Apparently one of the cylinder's ignition coils (?) has burned out and wasn't firing. At the same time, two other coils are worn and the voltage is half what it should be, so those were also failures waiting to happen. Repair cost will be over $350. And this is just a few hundred miles past the 50K mile warranty. Cute. Tenchusatsu
