Who appointed those justices Wayne? Thomas is just Scalia's lawn jockey. Has he EVER differed from Scalia?

You've got three, we've got three - seems fair to me. I didn't like this decision, or the decision to appoint Bush.

Actually, the ONLY ones I'd consider "liberal" are MAYBE Ginsburg or MAYBE Souter.
