Unfortunately there is no law against filthy smear campaigns and dirty tricks politics, but he walks on those charges. But outing a CIA agent is treason and he needs to go down. Also he needs to explain who entertained Jeff Gannon 197 times in the WH when he, Mehlman and McClellan are the only gays there.
