I agree sector investing is good - alphaprofit.com 50K to 1 Mil in 10 years with just 2 funds in the right sector - did you mimic this performance with your thousands of individual stock trades? I tried hard Slagle but this guy with his 2 funds in the right sector each year beat me with much less time and work. I have been at this game a long time, and my indexing with vangaurd is beating my individual trading - I suppose I am in the 95% camp that over time can't beat the index. Is there some reason you are dead set against this type of indexing? I just got through listening to the wizard, some guy is threatening to sue him because he lost money on a stock talked about on his show ESLR I think it was - Mr. Boxer was promoting it. Slagle - cramer may be a smart person, but I think he has crossed the genius/insanity line - the man is a loon and no where near as funny as Phil - hehe. Wiz expects a july rally and phil is saying earnings will not match last year and july is gonna be hard for many companies. Phil said buy X a few days ago - it has fallen a lot since then - hehe how much lower can X go?
