Thanks Henry. So we are nearing, or in, Phase 6, the final stage. I suppose it won't amount to much until December when northern flu gets going again. So we have several months of fun before the action begins, if it does.

You know how sars killed old people [over 55] in droves but younger ones escaped relatively unscathed. Do you think H5N1 would have similar kill ratios by age? I suppose so.

The effect on pension plans, social security etc, housing prices too, could be quite dramatic. Suddenly the worry about social security shortfalls due to underfunded pensions might go away.

General Motors has quite a pension plan problem apparently, so maybe that problem would be solved very quickly if most of their retired were to die from humanized H5N1. Raymond Duray should be on watch for a government plot to do away with the elderly [perhaps of a certain gene type]. If he thinks they were capable of destroying the Twin Towers, then he should imagine they would clear out the genetically left wing over age 55 [there is probably a gene for left wing politics].
