I'll try to get some of our lawsters in here. You'll be stunned at the way things work.

In theory, you CAN get your property back. BUT you have to sue the federal gov't to do it. And win. And prove the gov't had no cause to take it in the first place. It seems that mostly people, even when found not guilty at trial, don't bother.

The best advice is don't get caught by RICO. You may think you live in a democracy of laws with some reasonable expectation of justice. This will teach you otherwise. Raybo ought to focus his efforts on this.
