Laz, I realize that OJ was not tried under RICO. He was tried for murder in criminal court. But when OJ was called as a defendant in that wrongful death suit, or whatever, the case was heard in civil court, and the standards for the winning side in that battle were far looser. On this, I think we agree. That is the only point I was attempting to make. - Holly
