NP Jupe,

Looks like 48 million carloads of gawkers will be staring at The Really Big Green Frog each year!!:

CHICAGO, Aug. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Developers William Marovitz and Bud Cataldo today announced they have executed a contract for the purchase of the property in the busy Ohio/Ontario Street corridor as they move forward with their plan to create a "Family Entertainment District" in the heart of the area that boasts one of the most highly trafficked corridors in the country.
Marovitz said they are planning to bring another family-oriented
establishment to the area. The "RainForest Cafe," set to open in October, and "Copperfield's," an illusion and magic theme restaurant scheduled for a 1998 opening, are also on Marovitz/Cataldo properties on Ohio Street.
"We are excited about this acquisition because it allows us to move forward with our plans to make this area of Chicago the best place in the country for families to come and have a good time with their children," said Marovitz. "These entertainment theme developments will be an important addition to Chicago's economy and positively impact hotel occupancy, retail shopping and restaurant attendance."
The property, currently owned by the American Medical Association, is located between Ohio and Ontario, and Dearborn and State Streets. Traffic studies have shown that 48 million cars pass through the intersection each year.
