Intel introduced a new Pentium mcroprocessor designed specifically for laptop computers. 20 computer makers will unveil laptops based on the new chip. It consumes 3.9 watts of electricity. SHORT BATTERY LIFE IS THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT COMPUTER USERS HAVE ABOUT LAPTOPS. Are you AERN people listening out there????????????? Laptop computer sales are expected to grow 15 to 20 percent a year for the next few years--faster than the rest of the PC industry. $13 billion worth of laptops will be sold in 1997 alone. AERN closed at 2 7/16 + 5/16 on a vol. of 106,200 = 14.7% increase in price. Any correlation with Intel announcement or am I grasping? Comments anyone? Regards, Al
