I still did not do my homework on TMI but from what I read Compass(the other company they offered to buy) is a dog. One of the last ruling the Judge said he did not want to stop the sale of Avant products because it would effect all Avant employees. My guess is Avant is going to ride that wave buy increasing their headcount and size of their company. I posted early, this stock has to produce earnings in line with their high p/e ratio. This will be tough to do when they are buying 2 companies in a 3 month span and fighting criminal charges. Sooner or later insiders and institutions are going to try and get their dinero outh of this debacle. I think this story was leaked again. Why would this stock trade million of shares per day on no info a week before this buyout was annouced???????
