Yes, I think the whole thing is so atrocious and so likely to be abused that I am AMAZED it wasnt on Hannity or Bill O'reilly last night. This Supreme Court decision has the ability to effect every one of us, especially those who live in old homes in what has become expensive districts or say along a beach or a river or other desireable property. jdn
