DD .. It's been in the 90's all week here. Today should be another 95* day.
On the Real Estate frenzy thing .. Delaware county here has been on a "Eat Farmland .. Build Houses" subdivision buildout everywhere. It's the fastest growing county here in the state. Well .. we've had 11 days now with no Rain. They're running really Low on Water. Water Bans have been in place for 5 days or so.

Talk about idiots. Build like banshees without sufficient infrastructure in place. Foreclosure rate is already up here .. way up. Wait till the ARMs kick in.
