Comment concerning the attack on Iraq;

Justice Jackson on War Trials Agreement; August 12, 1945 Nuremberg War Crime Tribunal We must make clear to the Germans that the wrong for which their fallen leaders are on trial is not that they lost the war, but that they started it. And we must not allow ourselves to be drawn into a trial of the causes of the war, for our position is that no grievances or policies will justify resort to aggressive war. It is utterly renounced and condemned as an instrument of policy.

Mr. George W. Bush, President of the United States of America and Commander in Chief of it's armed forces, failed to defend us from terrorists in hijacked airliners with all the military might at his disposal and the world's most massive system of domestic and international personal information tracking and spying. Mr. Bush and his associates, which include members of the Iran/Contra/ "affair" (in which the Reagan/Bush administration continued to support terrorism against the Communist Sandinista government of Nicarauga in various ways including importing cocain into southeast U.S. after being expressly forbidden by congress and simultaneously arming an avowed enemy of the United States with weapons of mass destruction, Iran) and many people with strong connections to Enron and other corrupt multi-billion dollar businesses. As was the case with the failure to see the end of the Soviet Union during George Bush Sr's. administration, this administration's attention was elsewhere. It's attention was on acquiring resources and cheap labor for it's big business owners. Oil in the mid-east in particular. Instead of rational response to the terrorist attack on the Trade Center and the Pentagon they launched a military strike on Afghanistan and it's Taliban rulers who had nothing to do with the attacks, had been unable to get Al Queda out of it's remote northern territories controled by the Northern Alliance and who's only "crime" was just saying no to Mr. Bush at a meeting in Texas in August of 2001 when he demanded rights to put a pipeline through Afghanistan to extract gas and oil from Kazakhstan and the surrounding region where the largest deposit of remaining oil lies. After the Trade Center and Pentagon attacks Mr. Bush's administration established military bases in a ring around this basin and invaded Afghanistan killing over 5,000 civilians as well as Taliban members and others who had no connection with the terrorism. Construction on the Afghanistan pipeline was started before the dust had settled. In short order the attention of the nation and the world was shifted from Ossama Bin Laden, who they failed to capture or kill as revealed by a statement he released just after the 2002 mid-term elections, to Saddam Hussein and his sweet Iraqi crude oil, the second largest oil reserve remaining beneath the earth after the Kazakhstan basin. In both cases this administration has failed to provide any evidence to support their excuses for invading the sovereign territory of either Afghanistan or Iraq which is already suffering extremely from the war George Bush Sr. waged against it and the siege in place against it since which has deprived her people of medicine and generally kept them in poverty thus making Saddam Hussein an even more powerful tyrant.

In Short, this administration and those in which many of it's members have previously served are busy with the plunder and pillage of other people's possessions instead of protecting us. This includes the United States economy, which has suffered greatly since Mr. Bush took power with the stock market losing a huge percentage of it's value and the surplus in the Treasury turned into a large deficit. It also includes the coup attempts in another country with major oil reserves, Venezuela as well as Iraq, Afghanistan and others. Many innocent people have died because of their greed from the Trade Center to Afghanistan in this generation and Hitler and his Nazis among others in past generations. And it is well documented.

In addition to that which is so well documented there is a long list of the murdered, "suicided" and "disappeared" that were witnesses to Bush crimes and a good list can be found at Bush Body Count (click the "list" link at the top of the page or click here for the list
