John,

I got mine recently, too. At first, I thought it was great, then I found out that when you exercise the warrants the common stock issued is restricted for 1 year. Now, I think I'll take it slow and easy(which is what they want). I don't want to exercise a 50% warrant for 10.50 and find out that it's only worth 5.00 next year.
The preferred stock and participation right look good though.
Will check back later gotta get back to the party on the EUTO thread.
