Nice play!!! My Dad got some advice from one of the masters of real estate development back in 1960, from Arthur Rubloff. The Mag Mile in Chicago was his development. Arthur took out a map of Northern Illinois and drew a circle with a 50 mile radius with the center point being downtown Chicago and he advised my Dad to buy up all the farmland he could afford, and he did, focusing mainly in Lake & McHenry counties.
