You continue to focus on outliers. The legal basis of the argumentation is so flawed as to be laughable. Citizens, repeat, citizens,.............the Hamdi case applies exclusively to citizens. Oh, well. It is OK to disagree with the policy, but it is not OK to misread, deliberately or otherwise, a case that is limited to citizens. The Supremes have not dealt with the larger issue, and IMO are unlikely to do so.
