Thank you for posting this! It's about time cannibal vegans had a healthy alternative. I can imagine how long they've been pacing the aisles of Whole Foods mumbling to themselves as they pass the Tofurky "Why or why can't they make Tofuman?"

I loved this article. I think Hufu would be a scream for a Halloween party...

Of course perhaps I wouldn't mention that it was tofu. Perhaps one should say, "We're having the neighbors for dinner."
