If Bush had reported for duty, 100 people would know about it. The one old fellow who started to claim he saw Bush never said Bush was performing duties, just that he saw him in Alabama. No one is denying GW visited Alabama but he was working on a political campaign. Not doing Guard duty. And not even the Bush campaign wanted to use that old codger as a witness. I heard Chris Matthews interview him and the guy sounded very nervous, like he was lying. He was basically dismissed as a credible witness and never tried to claim the $25,000 reward sitting there for anyone who could prove GE showed up. Give it up, Dan. You just make yourself look gullible.
