Rasul already gave them access to US courts. Reason being that they're in US custody in a place under US jurisdiction, Guantanamo, which is ours indefinitely. Rasul is 6-3, it's not going to be revised any time soon.

If you have a citation to a case that says once these guys are in the court system they get no due process, please link it. DC District Court cases, and there are a lot of them, give them due process.
