we're not alleging they did anything wrong One of the things we analysts do is categorize things and put them into the appropriate boxes. It seems to me that, for the criminal justice system to be applicable, the action in question must first be a crime. If it's not a crime, you go to alternate box B, whatever that may be. If it fails the crime test, further barking is inherently up the wrong tree.
