Sean and all, It appears that some, but not all users who have early versions of Win95 can't get the internet downloader to accept their userid and password. The trick doesn't seem to be service pack 1, it seems that there is an extra update needed to make it work. I'll post a list of the dll's that the downloader uses in a few minutes. Gary
