the font size (DPI) one sets at control panel and display are ignored by website - One has to go to: tools, internet options, general, accessibility then check on the two tabs ignore website fontsize and font style the check and uncheck taking effect at once - no need to restart windows - I find that using these two tabs helping the reading and easy on my eyes
