Without the Court's permission and in violation of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Rea has a filed a second motion to dismiss, and also a "Motion of Specially Appearing Defendant Christopher Rea Urges the Honorable Judge Sparks to Clarify his Order of June 2, 2005." [sic]

Oh...my...God. Clarify that order? Seemed pretty clear to me. This is going to be interesting...
