The troops should be blaming Bush himself. He's the one who sent them into an unsustainable insecure dangerous situation without proper allies and armor. Bush also didn't make sure Saddam's armory's were secured so likely the bombs used to blow up our troops came from those ammo dumps. Just like Kerry said.
