Who outed the CIA agent Valerie Plame? It was someone in the White House, probably Rove. Bush Sr. called the outing of a CIA undercover agent "treason". It is, especially during war-time when the agent is a specialist in WMD's. There have not been any cases of treason other than this one and the freak who set off the grenade in Kuwait. However, if Bush has been defending the Saudis and Bin Laudens, that might qualify as well. We find out this week that 40% of the new Jihadists in Iraq are from Saudi Arabia, Bush's second home.
