I'm gonna go with Gatti over Mayweather. We know that Gatti can take a punch. And we know that Mayweather's hands are prone to injury. So I expect Mayweather to be content with scoring with light punches while Gatti does damage with solid puunches.

I'm going with Gatti by tko in the 9th.

(possible scenario is that mayweather's corner throws in the towel due to hand injury.
