I believe the Times Square debt clock clicking backwards for three years under Clinton. If you want to spin it your way go ahead, but it's pretty clear you're the phony here. Trying to give Bush credit for 2000 surpluses. LOL.

And if you want to blame it on Osama, then where is Osama? Why didn't Bush get him at Tora Bora and why hasn't Bush mentioned Osama in three years. Because Osama was a CIA asset and friend of the Bush family?
