Quit lying to the thread, Wayne. Clinton's surpluses are established public fact. Your spin just makes you look like a dishonest BS artist. All you're trying to do is spit on Clinton's amazing economy and try to cover up the fact Bush is the biggest deficit spender in the history of the planet. Even without his war.

I've already posted COB proof that Clinton's surpluses were real and growing - until Bush took over.

Also remember, Bush has devalued the dollar by about 40% and our foreign trade deficits are bigger than ever. If not for Greenspan keeping rates artificially low this economy would be in the crapper. Bushie gas gouging isn't helping either.
