Bush and Rice refused to apologize to the 9-11 victims even after Richard Clarke did, knowing full well that when they ignored the Al Qaida hijacking warning on 8-6 they basically let 9-11 happen. Now Rove uses the victims for political exploitation. Amazing arrogance. Instead of apologizing they try and claim credit for 9-11 happening on their watch.
