Some say "there are no stupid questions", so I'll be nice and answer. Read the 14th amendment, section 1, the 15th amendment, section 1, and the 19th amendment. As for abortion, that remains an unsettled issue, as you know.

But none of this has a damn thing to do with eminent domain powers of states. There may be no such thing as a stupid question, but there clearly are stupid arguments.
