I think you're reading that to suit yourself, just as the chimp did. They attempted to get the UN to authorize military action, but were unsuccessful, so they claimed they already had it. Annan isn't the ONLY international or US figure who has deemed the invasion illegal, he's just elected head of the UN.

I think you feel the US can do whatever it likes, whatever it can get away with, just like the chimp does. Just like Hitler and Stalin did.

Of course, we're the GOOD guys. We don't NEED any stinking "global test" of legality. We don't NEED a "rubber stamp" from the UN. OUR chimp talks to GOD, direct!
