Reminds me of Leftopolis on Nightline yesterday, he had Pat Robertson and George Cloony on talking about the "One Campaign".

Cloony and Robertson were very gracious toward one another and talked about bridging the divide and focusing on what we can all agree on (which was helping bring awareness), without going into any specifics. Cloony was very articulate when he spoke of actors having a responsiblity, since they control so much of the media spotlight.

Anyway, I digress, at one point in the show, Leftopolis just had to take a nasty stab at President Bush when he asked Robertson a question, it went something like this. When you look at the people in this picture (G8 photo,) and you realize the biggest stumbling block toward getting help for people in Africa is President Bush, how does that make you feel as an Evangelistic, as a Republican?

The camera then shifted to a quick side by side shot of both Cloony and Robertson while Roberston answered the question without partisan rancor, and I think I detected Cloony thinking to himself, "damn, you just had to bring polarizing politics into the show didn't you George".

They just can't help it, their hatred for Bush is too profoundly embedded in their psyche.
