<Fact is though, your attitude can kill a developing childs intelligence just like mercury can. At the same time your attitude can also help enhance a developing childs intelligence.>

Huh? Two effects from the same thing? That's odd. Especially if we believe your theory that all children are the same and just need the right education.

BTW, year 4 is 5 years too late to maximize intelligence for a given zygote. By age 4 it's pretty much game over and the rest is polishing.

What matters is individuals. Have you read my excellent theories on why females do badly by comparison with males in some intellectual areas? A corollary of which is why males do badly at high school compared with females [about which there's a lot of gnashing of teeth these days].

It is a waste of resources trying to educate some people. For example even with a million Downs Syndrome children getting super-duper individual education, they won't be producing any of El Matador's 100K man-hour ASICs.

The best way to "educate" children is feed them properly during foetal and early childhood stages. Their natural curiosity ensures 'education'. See how babies get up on their hind legs as soon as they can, go exploring and start asking thousands of questions as soon as they can. Official education is to a large extent a huge waste of young, and therefore old, lives.
